Yup, these Brat Seats are awesome! The come with 6 mounting bolts/screws and a mounting kit. The base plate is from ABS and the foam is sturdy and nice to sit on. 

The seats are made of PU (skai) leather because this material has a higher resistance to rain and sunlight. As you might have noticed, it also makes the seat more affordable. The quality is beautiful and is a real highlight to every Brat bike!

The base plate and the foam are the same than the ones you can see on modern motorcycles, which make them strong and light. These simply cannot rust!
