Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke from the contract without the need to provide any reason. All items must be unworn and in their original condition. The revocation period is 14 days from the date you received your order. In order to exercise your revocation right, you must inform us by using the return form by means of a clear declaration of your revocation of this purchase.

The return and exchange of articles must comply with the following conditions:

  • Refund of articles in good condition, with full original packaging;
  • We do not accept exchanges of customized articles according to the client's specifications.
  • In accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 82/2008 of 20 May, the articles must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all the included accessories, and must be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase or by invoice.
  • Shipping charges for our facilities are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept exchanges / returns if the packaging is damaged or if the articles have marks of use.
  • Shipping costs paid by the customer will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
  • In situations where the payment has been made by Paypal, the amount of the commission charged by Paypal will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
All articles will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that respect the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
Time Wheels reserves the right not to accept articles that do not fulfill these conditions.

Time Wheels gives you the right to return your purchased item/s without having to give a reason, at any time within 14 days beginning on the day after you received the goods. You can return any item within 14 days, as long as the item/s is/are in perfect conditions (unused, with labels, in original packaging). Please keep in mind, that any customized items (as for example: clothes, boots, sunglasses, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
