INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions govern your use of the timewheels.pt website. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
Any user of our website must be at least 18 years of age. By using any of our websites and by agreeing to our terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
Our website use cookies. By using our website and agreeing to our terms and conditions, you consent to Time Wheels use of cookies in accordance with the terms of Time Wheels Privacy Policy.
CONTRACTUAL PARTNER
Any user of our website must be at least 18 years of age. By using any of our website and by agreeing to our terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. The contract is concluded between Time Wheels and you.
OFFER AND CONTRACT CLOSING
By ordering one or more products on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept our general terms and conditions. Time Wheels will send you a confirmation of your order per mail. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order as no contract for the purchase of the selected goods will be formed until we receive and proof your payment. Time Wheels reserves the right to cancel or decline any order without giving further details.
PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
All prices are clearly shown on our website. Prices can be changed frequently. The valid prices for each order are based on the moment the order has been placed.
Prices are shown as follow:
- For orders being shipped to countries within the European Union, VAT is already included in the product price you see on our website. So VAT and any sales taxes are already included and you will only be charged the product price and the shipping fees.
- For orders being shipped to countries outside of the European Union, no VAT and no sales tax will be included in the product prices you see on our website and you will not be charged any taxes by us. However your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped to. We would recommend you to consult your local Customs office, which will happily assist you with further information.
Time Wheels alerts to annul orders for products with wrong and/or obviously surreal prices although this orders might have been accepted primarily.
The estimated delivery date has been calculated as per availability of all items from your order. The taken time from dispatch to delivery depends on the courier service.
The estimated delivery date is only a reference, as it is determined to product availability, courier’s availability, as well as payment.
In case Time Wheels has to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued, you will be informed directly. If Time Wheels can offer any similar item you will directly receive the proposal which you can accept or if not, cancel the item/order for a refund of the paid product price.
Time Wheels does not accept any liability for any delay or not further availability of ordered products.
DELIVERY
When placing an order, you can choose your delivery option once all items have been added to the basket. Time Wheels will ship your order to the address you provided when placing your order. To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, the courier company needs a signature to confirm successful delivery. In case your parcel could not be delivered due to any reason, such as incorrect address, wrong delivery details, refuse of the parcel, etc., it will normally be returned directly to us. Please keep in mind we can only refund your paid product price, once the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse and any item could be verified. Any paid shipping fees cannot be refunded.
PAYMENT
Our main payment methods are PayPal, CreditCard, ATM and bank transfer. Please keep in mind that offered payment methods may vary by the country of destination.
By bank transfer payments:
You will find our banking details when finishing the order as well as by email on the order confirmation; you will be able to perform the transfer at your bank. As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be processed. Before selecting bank transfer as your payment method, please be aware that your bank will charge you an international transfer fee, therefore increasing the overall cost of your order. Please send payment proof to pagamentos@timewheels.pt with order number.
RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
Any order has to be paid in advance before we can proceed any further treatment. Please keep in mind before selecting bank transfer as your payment method, that your bank will charge you an international transfer fee as well as it might take several working days for us to receive your payment. As long as we have not received your payment correctly, any item is still in Time Wheels’s absolute ownership. Once the order has been shipped but payment has been retrieved, all items are back in Time Wheels is absolute ownership.
RETURNS
Time Wheels gives you the right to return your purchased item/s without having to give a reason, at any time within 14 days beginning on the day after you received the goods. You can return any item within 14 days, as long as the item/s is/are in perfect conditions (unused, with labels, in original packaging). Please keep in mind, that any customized items (as for example: clothes, boots, sunglasses, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to revoke from the contract without the need to provide any reason. All items must be unworn and in their original condition. The revocation period is 14 days from the date you received your order. In order to exercise your revocation right, you must inform us by using the return form by means of a clear declaration of your revocation of this purchase.

WARRANTY
As an official retailer, all our offered items are covered by a 3 years manufacturer's warranty. If a fabrication defect is recognized by the manufacturer, the shipment of the replaced or repaired item, are at our expense. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of an item in case the returned item doesn't arrive in the conditions indicated in our returns policy. So once we receive any answer regarding your case, we will be able to act immediately as indicated by the brand. You will be informed directly by us if the guarantee has been accepted and if so, if the manufacturer will repair or replace the item.
MY ACCOUNT
In MY ACCOUNT you always have access to all your orders, correspondence with us, returns, as well as change any preferences of your newsletters.When placing an order, your account will be automatically created and you can always log in to MY ACCOUNT by using your e-mail and chosen password.Your account can be closed by Time Wheels if any suspicious use or behavior is suspected. If you wish to delete your account, you need to contact Time Wheels directly by using our contact details.

Time Wheels is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best service possible. Removal from our mailing list can be done at any point by contacting our Customer Service Team.
The type of information we will collect about you when you place an order or register on our Website includes:

This information is already stored on our internal systems and our Website simply verify you as a customer of Time Wheels. The contract´s content will be stored. You may store the general terms and conditions and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order´s data are not available via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy
The personal data that the Customers must give are essential to us in order for us to be able to send the orders and drafting the bills. The absence of these date will result in an automatic cancellation of the orders. By entering the page, the Customer agrees to provide valid personal data, data that allows Time Wheelsto offer their service and identify their registered Customer, as well as sending information and advertisement of various products and offers that Time wheels may have on is website.
All of the comments that are written by the Customers are verified by the Marketing team. If the comment violates any law, ethics or morality (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, comments out of context, etc.), Time Wheels reserves the right to reject or modify such opinions.
